About me
My passion for digital has grown over the years. My learning curve started years ago with integrated advertising concepts and expanded through digital first thinking to my current position and dedication: developing user-centered digital products that are both functional and delightful to use.

Time to get personal.

I love working in a structured way because it simply saves time. Precious time I'd rather spend creating: innovating products and shaping ideas. The chaotic creative? Definitely not me.
I believe that the energy that makes teams flourish and ideas fly comes from the right mindset.

Because every relationship and every task starts with PEOPLE. This applies to all facets of my work: internally & externally. A deep understanding of the needs of team members / clients / customers is essential to the successful completion of projects.

My brain is programmed to find solutions to make things better - everywhere.
Have you ever waited in a long queue for a chocolate crêpe? Watching the people making crêpe after crêpe, I can't help but think of creative ways to speed up their production process so they can sell more, shorten the queue and make things better.

The more complex the better.
Where others roll their eyes, I rub my hands. My ambition is awakened. Let's get it done!
Current position
In my current role as a UX Designer, I create user-centered digital products that are both functional and enjoyable to use. My work involves UX research, ideation and innovation, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and data analysis to inform and refine design decisions. My goal is to create intuitive and meaningful digital products that successfully integrate user and business needs.

Project 1
I have been working on a gamified writing learning app for children aged 5-8 to help them learn fine motor skills in a fun way.
I am responsible for the concept and design of the parent section of the app, focusing on account management, usage settings for multiple child profiles and customer support. This includes designing a dashboard that shows parents their children's game status and progress.

As a member of the UX research team, I initiated competitive research at the project's outset. Recently, I organized and conducted the first usability test involving 25 children of various ages. I then analyzed the data to identify and prioritize necessary revisions, collaborating with the team to refine the design based on our findings.

Project 2
My current project for an electricity company involves extending the existing web application for a new product. I redesigned the landing page with product information and a personalised product configurator. Developed smooth user flows for existing and new customers for subordinated loans and electricity tariffs. Streamlined the overwhelming amount of legally required data entry into a clearly structured and easy to understand process for the customer.

Project 3
We are developing an app for a network of petrol stations that will increase the convenience and efficiency of both refuelling and integrated station shops, following the trend of the 'petrol station goes kiosk' concept. The app allows users to quickly locate nearby petrol stations, view fuel prices and, more importantly, check available product ranges and discount promotions. Digital membership card integration allows users to automatically redeem coupons and participate in loyalty programmes, earning points and rewards. The 'pay@pump' feature enables smartphone payments directly at the pump, streamlining the process and saving time. We are also looking at offline functionality and the integration of different point-of-sale systems to ensure a seamless experience.

Further working experience
Select World is where I have spent more than half my professional life and where I have grown the most over time. Starting as a Senior Art Director, I honed my skills and quickly became Head of Art and then Creative Director.

I was responsible for the creative output of several clients (B2B and B2C), including the agency's largest client: Wella Professionals. Together with my great team of up to 15 art directors, we created seamless communication across all touch points for brand repositionings, image campaigns and product launches for Pantene Pro-V, bite away, Dekristol, Guhl and many more.

2007 - 2010

At TBWA, I primarily worked with the agency's largest client, Beiersdorf, focusing on their “love brand“ NIVEA. I developed product campaigns from initial concept through to execution.
My responsibilities included coordinating content production, managing all involved suppliers, and drafting guidelines for the international rollout of the campaigns.
2004 - 2007
Junior /

Kolle Rebbe GmbH
Kolle Rebbe was my first full-time job after graduation, and I am pleased to say it was the ideal start to my career. I had the opportunity to learn from talented creatives, work with a diverse client portfolio, and tackle numerous challenges. This experience taught me to focus on the right insights to develop the most relevant communication ideas. Most importantly, it instilled in me the ambition, perseverance, and evaluative skills to identify the best solutions and pursue them relentlessly.
