We created a local OOH campaign for Swapfiets Hamburg to maximise awareness of the Swapfiets bike subscription while being extremely cost effective. The goal: increase demand and WoM among millennials and Gen Z. Explain the added value of a Swapfiets subscription: flexible, fast, service-oriented and eco-friendly.

THE IDEA
Rethink biking! The flexible Swapfiets bike subscription turns everything we know about cycling on its head. This is what we expressed in our attention-grabbing riddle campaign, explaining all the many benefits of Swapfiets.

AMBIENT IDEA
Who doesn't know them: Bicycle corpses are part of the cityscape in Hamburg. We use them as advertising space and attach a round poster in the look of the typical Swapfiets' front wheel.
